Dani is an extremely talented chef who specialises in Mediterranean and Peruvian fusion cuisine. From his very first day with us, he has built a great team. Dani’s natural talent, attention to detail and leadership skills make him an indispensable part of the restaurant.

 
Chef Eric Casadeus

Chef

Eric is a chef with a special talent for desserts. Eric has been here since the beginning and brings a creative touch to the kitchen. His speed and precision are a great asset.

 
Chef Alba Benjumea

Alba joined us while she was still studying at catering college and has become a highly skilled chef who is an integral part of our team. She also has a talent for front-of-house service and has designed TSH’s cocktail menu.
